Before You Arrive

Plan Ahead:

 

Leave a little extra time to park, check-in, and get settled before your flight. Check your airline’s policies on travelling with children, including baggage allowances, prams, bottles, or snacks.

Pack Smart:

 

While some airlines offer kid-friendly options, packing a few favourites like snacks, juice boxes or toys can make travel day easier for everyone.

Facilities

Parent's Rooms:

 

A baby change tables are available inside the accessible toilets located in the arrivals and departure areas within the terminal. If you need help finding it, our team can assist.

Water Fountains:

 

A water fountain is located in the arrivals area for refilling bottles or sippy cups before heading off.

Unaccompanied Minors

Children under 5 must travel with a parent or guardian.

Children aged 5–11 years travelling alone are generally required to be booked as Unaccompanied Minors. For those aged 12–15 years, this service is usually optional and can be arranged if parents or guardians would like extra support.

The parent or guardian escorting the child at departure must remain at the airport until at least 15 minutes after the flight has taken off.
